2. What Data We Collect
We believe in data minimization. This website is static and informational.
- No cookies. No tracking, advertising, or identification cookies of any kind.
- No user submissions (no contact forms, accounts, newsletters, or uploads).
- Cookieless, aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — see section 4 for details.
3. Hosting, Server Logs & Security (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). When you access the site, certain technical data
is processed to deliver pages securely and reliably.
- Data processed: IP address, request timestamp, requested URL, user agent (browser/device),
and related technical metadata (e.g., response status).
- Purpose: content delivery, security (including DDoS protection), abuse prevention, and error diagnosis.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating a secure and functional website.
Retention: Server log data is retained for up to 30 days (or less),
unless a longer retention is required to investigate security incidents or abuse.
Because Cloudflare uses a global Content Delivery Network (CDN), requests may be processed on infrastructure
located in multiple regions to ensure performance and resilience.
4. Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns
(e.g., total pageviews, referrers, browser types, approximate country).
- No cookies and no fingerprinting. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies or use any persistent client-side identifiers.
- No cross-site tracking. Data is not used to build profiles across websites or to show you advertising.
- Data processed: anonymized, aggregated metrics derived from standard request data (URL, referrer, user agent, coarse location). Full IP addresses are not retained for analytics purposes.
- Purpose: measuring and improving site performance and content, in aggregate only.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in maintaining and improving the website, given that no personal profiles or direct identifiers are retained.
More detail is available in Cloudflare's
Web Analytics documentation
and
privacy policy.
5. International Data Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards,
such as applicable adequacy frameworks and/or contractual protections (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses),
as provided by our hosting provider and related agreements.
6. Your Rights
You may have the following rights under the GDPR (where applicable):
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
